FM Zarif felicitates China on 100th anniv. of CPC

Tehran, IRNA - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated the Chinese nation and government on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, I would like to offer my warm congratulations on the remarkable achievements that the party has achieved, Zarif wrote on his Twitter account on Thursday.

Stressing that these 100 years have passed with pride and prosperity, he expressed his hope that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, this country would be empowered more and Iran-China relations would expand more vigorously.

The celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was held this morning on Thursday, July 1 in Tiananmen Square in central Beijing, China.
