The meeting will be held on the sidelines of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on June 18-20.
According to Turkey's Anadolu Agency (AA), foreign ministers of Turkey, Afghanistan, and Iran will meet for trilateral talks as part of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
“Along with recent developments regarding the Afghan Peace Process, cooperation in the fields of security, energy, connectivity and irregular migration will be discussed during the Trilateral Meeting,” the Turkish Foreign Ministry's statement said.
Debates of global importance will be analyzed in-depth during the forum, including the Balkans, the future of Europe, trans-Atlantic relations, refugees and migrants, and the threat of terrorism, AA reported.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Çavusoglu departed for Turkey on Wednesday (June 16) to take part in the Forum.
