In a poll conducted by Sport-express.ru website, participants voted for the Iranian forward Sardar Azmoun as the best player in the Russian Premier League.
Azmoun received 222 favorable votes in the poll.
Artem Dzyuba, a Russian professional footballer who plays as a striker for FC Zenit Saint Petersburg and captains the Russian national team sat in second place.
Azmoun, who plays for Russian club Zenit St. Petersburg was valued at €14.5 million and follows Tottenham Hotspur’s South Korean winger Heung-min Son, €64 million, and FC Porto’s Japanese forward Shoya Nakajima, €16 million.
