Some 48 domestic and foreign companies from 16 countries are participating in the event.
Germany, France, China, India, Austria, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, UK, Spain, Italy and Greece are among the foreign countries whose companies are present at Tehran Auto Show.
The exhibit, which is being held in an area of 6,500 square meters, will continue until December 1.
Iranian automaker Saipa Group unveiled two of its new products on the first day of the event.
