Tehran, March 5, IRNA – Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization (IBTO) gives advice to Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office (EMRO) of the World Health Organization (WHO).

A group of regional experts in blood transfusion met in 2014 upon invitation of WHO-EMRO, and the outcome of their studies is to be presented to directors of blood transfusion organizations in Eastern Mediterranean area for approval in May 2016 to be approved by health ministers of regional countries in October 2016.
